Sandra Hoffmann, the founder of Focused International Coaching Solutions (FICS) has been involved in facilitating and assisting people with work, business and personal problems by using a variety of methods for over 17 years. During this time she has co-managed a successful investigation company in Perth for nearly 10 years, with branches in Adelaide and Canberra and conducted investigations worldwide.

As a professional coach and facilitator, Sandra is an internationally certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)  and  Trainer in Time Line Therapy (TLT). She trained with the creator of Time Line Therapy Dr Tad James, a student of Richard Bandler one of the original founders of NLP. Her qualifications also include: being a Certified NLP Practitioner, an Accredited Mediator, and she holds a Diploma in Journalism, a Public Relations Certificate, and has completed the Diploma in Training and Assessments and regularly attends personal and professional development programs and courses.

Sandra has successfully coached personnel at Parliament House, professors at the University of Technology in Sydney, health care, managers, real estate and business professionals Australia wide. She has also assisted at the National Conference for Office Professionals at Burswood, and currently facilitates and coaches businesses which are a part of Mayne. She is a member of LEADR, Leaders Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution, AITD, and GAMA, a global association for Mediators. Sandra also conducts private and team coaching sessions and is currently completing her book on overcoming personal challenges easily.

Ziggy Smith, a professional coach and facilitator, is a director of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and former President in Western Australia of AITD. She has numerous qualifications in the area of training and development, including a Masters in Psychology, Diploma of Training and Assessments, and is currently completing her PhD in Coaching. 

Ziggy has headed the training team at the Australian Red Cross Bloodbank, St John of God Hospital, and is an author and pioneer in the area of change management and coaching. She continually strives to maintain a holistic approach to learning and development, always incorporating different disciplines and approaches to facilitate change easily.
